The land readjustment project ‘Hohe Brücke Wolfurt’ laid the groundwork for developing the commercial area. At its core is the ‘Alte Holzriedgraben’, a formerly straightened stream that has been reimagined as a natural, scenic corridor. The design enhances the landscape’s visual and ecological qualities while integrating essential infrastructure such as flood protection and access routes.
